Requirement

Responsibilities:

1)Responsible for the development, design and assembly of new products. Design the mechanical structure of the product according to the product requirements, conduct material selection and evaluation;

2) Responsible for the preparation of product design and development documents;

3) Design changes of product structure according to project requirements or product upgrade requirements;

4) Responsible for assisting the research and development of new products and new processes.

Job Requirements:

1) College degree or above, major in mechanical design, mechatronic integration, etc.

2) Have rich experience in mechanical design projects, being able to undertake the scheme design and organization and implementation of relevant projects independently, and have the ability to solve problems in experiments independently;

3) Proficient in SOLIDWORKS, UG and other 3D mechanical software for product design, and AutoCAD tools;

4) Strong practical ability, skilled technology, good psychological quality, strong design ability and practical ability;

5) Familiar with medical device development process or rich experience in non-standard automation is preferred.

Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product quality evaluation, including the establishment, maintenance, optimization and effectiveness of evaluation methods, confirmation of product design and development process, design/change validation, product shelf life validation, raw material quality evaluation, etc.;

2. Responsible for product quality control, including the establishment of inspection points, the formulation and implementation of quality control plans, and the handling and resolution of quality anomalies;

3. Responsible for product risk management, organizing/participating in the implementation of product risk management;

4. Responsible for the output of DHF/DMR files of various quality classes in product design and development activities, and organizing the review in the implementation stage;

5. Internal and external support, including internal/external review, system process improvement, team collaboration, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in biomedical science or related engineering or machinery subjects;

2. Familiar with mechanical drawing and mathematical statistics, and proficient in using quality management knowledge and tools;

3. Have good communication skills, a certain ability to work under pressure, good teamwork skills, and a certain ability to write documents;

4. Experience in medical industry, familiar with design and development control process, GMP or ISO13485, is preferred.
